Our pre-order service allows you to reserve your favourite styles before they arrive, ensuring the best choice of sizes while giving you the flexibility to pay in a way that suits your family.

Many of our collections are produced in limited quantities, so pre-ordering is the best way to avoid disappointment.

How Pre-Orders Work

Simply add your chosen items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout.

You can choose to:

💙 Reserve your order with a 25% deposit

💙 Spread the cost with our weekly payment plan

Whichever option you choose, we'll keep you updated and let you know as soon as your order arrives with us.

Option 1 – Pay in Full

If you'd prefer, simply complete your purchase as normal and we'll dispatch your order as soon as it arrives in our boutique.

Option 2 – Reserve with a 25% Deposit

Reserve your favourite styles today and pay the remaining balance when your order arrives.

How to use this option

1. Add your chosen items to your shopping bag.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. In the Discount Code box, enter PREORDER.
4. Click Apply before completing your purchase.

Your order total will automatically reduce to a 25% deposit, securing your items.

We'll contact you as soon as your order arrives to arrange payment of the remaining balance before dispatch.

Please note: Although Shopify refers to this as a Discount Code, PREORDER does not provide a discount. It simply activates our 25% deposit payment option.

The remaining balance is payable within 7 days of us notifying you that your order has arrived.

Option 3 – Weekly Payment Plan

Prefer to spread the cost?

Our weekly payment plan allows you to secure your order today while paying the remaining balance over up to 8 weekly payments.

How to use this option

1. Add your chosen items to your shopping bag.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. In the Discount Code box, enter PAYMENTPLAN.
4. Click Apply before completing your purchase.

Your order total will automatically reduce to a 25% deposit.

We'll then contact you to arrange a weekly payment schedule that works for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Pre-order items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are:

✔ Unworn

✔ In their original packaging

✔ With all original labels attached

Important Information

If you've reserved your order using the PREORDER option, we'll contact you as soon as your items arrive.

If we don't receive the remaining balance within 7 days, we'll assume your circumstances have changed. Your reserved items will be released for sale, and your 25% deposit will be issued as a Niños Y Niñas store credit, ready to use on a future purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Full-priced items purchased online can be returned for a refund within 14 days, as long as they are in their original condition with tags attached.

Items purchased through the payment plan scheme are eligible for exchange or credit note only.

Sale items and discounted offers are non-refundable – a credit note will be issued.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a signed-for service for secure returns.

• Socks and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned items and will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. In the case of faulty items, the return postage will also be refunded.

Faulty Items

We’re truly sorry if you’ve received a faulty item.

Please follow the returns procedure above, and once the fault is verified, we will issue a replacement (if available) or a full refund via your original payment method. We will also reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Important: If an item is found to be not faulty upon testing by our manufacturers, it will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for return postage costs.

For faulty items that have been worn or washed, we’ll attempt to repair the item. If a repair isn’t possible, a replacement will be offered. If neither option is feasible, we will issue a refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

United Kingdom

We ship across the UK via Royal Mail Tracked services.

European Union

We deliver to France, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland. Shipping rates are tiered by order value:

Delivery timescales may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country. Any applicable customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Rest of World

We ship to Australia, Mexico, the UAE, the United States, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the Royal Mail website or your carrier's tracking portal.
