RETURNS

Returns & Exchanges

Full-priced items purchased online can be returned for a refund within 14 days, as long as they are in their original condition with tags attached.

Items purchased through the payment plan scheme are eligible for exchange or credit note only.

Sale items and discounted offers are non-refundable - a credit notes will be issued.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a signed-for service for secure returns.
Socks and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned items and will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery Charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. In the case of faulty items, the return postage will also be refunded.

Faulty Items

We’re truly sorry if you’ve received a faulty item. Please follow the returns procedure above, and once the fault is verified, we will issue a replacement (if available) or a full refund via your original payment method. We will also reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Important: If an item is found to be not faulty upon testing by our manufacturers, it will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for return postage costs.

For faulty items that have been worn or washed, we’ll attempt to repair the item. If a repair isn’t possible, a replacement will be offered. If neither option is feasible, we will issue a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PRE ORDERS

Pre-Orders: Secure Your Style & Spread the Cost!

Pre-ordering is a great way to guarantee your size and style while spreading the cost.

To place a pre-order, simply add the items to your shopping basket. At checkout, you can choose to pay in full, and your items will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our store.

Alternatively, use the code PREORDER at checkout to pay a 25% deposit and secure your items. Please note: this is not a discount code, and the remaining 75% balance will be due upon delivery to us.

Once your pre-order items arrive in-store, we’ll contact you to arrange final payment. Payment must be completed within 7 days. If payment is not received within this time frame, your items will be released, and your deposit will be refunded via a credit note.

Pre-order items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all labels intact.

PAYMENT PLANS

Spread the Cost with Our 8-Week Payment Plan!

Enjoy the items you love now and pay in easy installments! Simply pay a 25% deposit, and the remaining balance can be paid weekly over the next 7 weeks.

We’ll send you a Paypal invoice detailing your outstanding balance, and you can make weekly payments via debit or credit card—no Paypal account required. Plus, if you'd like to pay off your balance early, just give us a call!

Terms and Conditions:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of purchase.
Minimum Order Value: Orders must total at least £50.00 (excluding postage and packaging).
Exclusions: Payment plans are not eligible for free delivery or postage offers.
Postage: All items must be paid in full before dispatch. Postage costs will be added when you place your order.
Weekly Payments: Payments must be made weekly over the 8-week period. If two consecutive payments are missed without communication, your plan will be cancelled, and any payments made will be forfeited.
Adding Items: You can add additional items to your plan at any time, with a 25% deposit per item.
Unpaid Balances: Items not fully paid for within the 8 weeks will be returned to stock, and any payments made will be lost.
Exchanges: Items purchased through the payment plan are exchange-only at the current selling price—no refunds will be issued.
Price Agreement: The price at the time of the deposit is the final price you agree to pay.
Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel payment plans if regular payments are not made.
Agreement: By entering into our payment plan, you agree to these terms and conditions.
