Returns & Exchanges
Full-priced items purchased online can be returned for a refund within 14 days, as long as they are in their original condition with tags attached.
Items purchased through the payment plan scheme are eligible for exchange or credit note only.
Sale items and discounted offers are non-refundable - a credit notes will be issued.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a signed-for service for secure returns.

Socks and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned items and will be refunded to the original payment method.
Delivery Charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. In the case of faulty items, the return postage will also be refunded.
Faulty Items
We’re truly sorry if you’ve received a faulty item. Please follow the returns procedure above, and once the fault is verified, we will issue a replacement (if available) or a full refund via your original payment method. We will also reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
Important: If an item is found to be not faulty upon testing by our manufacturers, it will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for return postage costs.
For faulty items that have been worn or washed, we’ll attempt to repair the item. If a repair isn’t possible, a replacement will be offered. If neither option is feasible, we will issue a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
